With a team of experienced and specialized personnel working on battery production projects and other electrification projects, we provide our customers with the access and support of a domestic company, along with the facilities and resources of an international company.

MAPNA Group’s ability and interest in meeting the ever-changing needs of society was the starting point for the formation of MIDCO. Hence, a technical and economic core was formed to analyze and develop technology and the market. Capabilities in Iran were examined, and in order to specialize and develop various industries in the electrification field, a new company within MAPNA Group was established as a private joint stock company with MAPNA Group as its shareholder in 1400.

Accordingly, a contract was signed with a Chinese company to supply equipment, set up, and transfer technology. Developing knowledge in the field of lithium-ion batteries, transferring battery design and manufacturing technology, setting up a well-equipped research and development laboratory, a pilot line, and a production plant in this field on a mass production scale within the country are among our main activities.
